Neslihan Utkan

Neslihan Utkan is currently the Managing Director for North America in Consumer Care at Croda, a position held since September 2024. Prior roles include leadership positions at Clariant from September 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included Head of Americas for Personal & Home Care and Head of Consumer Care for North America. Prior to Clariant, Neslihan worked at BASF from February 2004 to August 2019, advancing through various roles such as Global Key Account Manager in Home and Personal Care and Regional Business Director for Care Chemicals across Turkey, the Middle East, and North Africa. Early career experiences include positions at Alchemy Chemicals LLC, Clariant, and Eral, starting with a Sales Representative role. Neslihan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Anadolu University.
