Phil Waters

Phil Waters has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Phil began their career at Smith & Williamson in 2012, where they worked as a Chartered Accountant, providing audit services to various clients across different sectors. Phil also gained expertise in transaction support and IFRS accounting during their time at Smith & Williamson. In 2017, Phil joined Grant Thornton UK LLP, where they served in the Corporate Finance division, specializing in Transaction Advisory Services. After a year, they transitioned to Grant Thornton LLP as the TMT Lead Advisory in the Corporate Finance department.
