Olga Mileyko

Olga Mileyko, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently working at Crofton Industries since August 2020, where Olga has also held the position of Assistant Project Manager. Prior to this role, Olga held various engineering positions at Dragados USA, Inc., including Office Engineer and Field Engineer from October 2017 to October 2019, and served as Project Engineer at Century Concrete from May 2015 to December 2016. Earlier career experiences include roles as a BIM Drafter/Coordinator at Smith&Keene Inc., Production Expeditor and Engineering Intern at Busch Manufacturing LLC, Industrial Engineering Intern at Maersk Distribution, and Environmental Engineering Intern at the City of Virginia Beach. Olga holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology with a focus on Construction Management from Old Dominion University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD from Georgia Piedmont Technical College, and a degree in Teaching English and Mathematics from Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University.
