Siam Javeid

Siam Javeid is an accomplished health informatics professional with extensive experience in digital health initiatives and decision support. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Health Initiatives, Implementation, and Post Market Evaluation at Crohn's and Colitis Canada since July 2020, Siam has previously held the position of Manager Decision Support/Senior Health Information Analyst at Children's Healthcare Canada from January 2014 to May 2019. Siam holds a Master's degree in Health Informatics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree with honours in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
