Nicole Litwin Ph.D., Rd

Nicole Litwin, PhD, RD, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Scientific Impact at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, where responsibilities include managing and communicating the outcomes of funded research programs. Previously, Nicole worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Center for Microbiome Innovation at UC San Diego, focusing on the interplay between dietary patterns and the gut microbiome. Earlier experience includes positions at Colorado State University as a Graduate Research Assistant, at FoodMinds, LLC as a Registered Dietitian, and at Dairy Management Inc. in various capacities including Consultant and Intern for Scientific Affairs. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Foods, both from East Tennessee State University.
