Haris Mavridis

Haris Mavridis is a humanitarian worker currently employed at Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise since March 2023. Previous experience includes a role as an administrative assistant at the European Investment Bank, where responsibilities included proofreading reports, coordinating business trips, and managing internal databases. Haris has extensive experience with UNHCR, serving as a Senior Protection Assistant and Protection Assistant, focusing on accommodation schemes for refugees in Lesvos. Additional roles include project administration for PRAKSIS, where management of temporary accommodations and collaboration with NGOs took place, as well as internships at the General States Archives and Archaeological Museum. Haris holds a Master of Arts in History from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology and History from the University of the Aegean.
