Philbert Munyemana

Philbert Munyemana is a finance and administration professional with extensive experience in financial management and internal controls. Currently serving as the Finance and Administration Manager at Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise since December 2022, Philbert previously held the position of Associate Finance and Administration Manager at HIAS, where responsibilities included developing procurement procedures and facilitating year-end processes. Prior experience encompasses roles as Internal Control Officer and Internal Auditor at World Vision, as well as Finance and Administration Manager at Ahazaza Independent School, Finance Specialist at RTI International, Internal Auditor at Banque Populaire Du Rwanda, and Chief Accountant at Caritas. Philbert holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Kabale University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Sciences from the National University of Rwanda.
