Vineet Richard Toppo

Vineet Richard Toppo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources domain, primarily focused on industrial relations. Currently serving as the Regional HR/IR Manager for Croma since June 2023, Vineet previously held multiple managerial positions at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (Vizag Steel Plant) from August 2014 to June 2023, where responsibilities included handling establishment matters for over 2,500 employees and liaising with the Labour Department. Early career roles also included significant contributions in assisting with labor agreements and managing IR issues during critical events, alongside foundational internship experience at NTPC. Vineet holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
