Ed Kubinsky

Ed Kubinsky is the Director of Regulatory Affairs, Training and Certification at OWL Services since February 2023. Ed holds the same position at Crompco, LLC since August 1993. Ed is responsible for understanding and interpreting all UST, stage I/stage II and weights & measures rules and regulations as they apply to fuel dispensing facilities in all states where Crompco, LLC conducts business. Ed also handles training, licensing, and certification activities for the company and its employees. Additionally, Ed has been the Special Projects Manager since September 2001. Ed received a BS in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1993.
