Us Navy Daryl Davis (Ret)

Daryl Davis served as the Command Master Chief and Chief Recruiter for Region WEST Recruiting Command in the US Navy. Daryl was responsible for managing, training, and ensuring the morale and recruitment goals of a diverse workforce of over 1,500 employees across 17 western states, Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, and Guam. Additionally, they monitored and ensured staffing requirements and succession planning for over 350 offices.

Daryl Davis, a retired US Navy veteran, has pursued higher education at the University of Arkansas, where they obtained a Master's degree in Operations Management. Additionally, they attended Park University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Management/HR. Overall, Daryl has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving their knowledge and skills in the fields of Operations Management and HR Management.
