Michael Mcguire

Michael McGuire is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in real estate capital markets and asset management. As the Executive Director at Cronheim Hotel Capital since December 2022, McGuire specializes in providing comprehensive capital solutions for hotel owners and investors. In June 2022, McGuire founded Purveyor Capital, an advisory firm focused on debt placement for unique commercial real estate. Previously, McGuire held the position of Senior Vice President at Stonehill Strategic Capital, where responsibilities included managing financing programs for the hospitality sector.
