Katharine Laban, SHRM-SCP, PHR, currently serves as the AVP of Culture and People Operations and previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Cronin since October 2013, where responsibilities include consulting on strategic staffing, compensation, and employee development. Prior experience includes various HR roles at VNA Health Care, managing human resources for a customer group, and positions at Patrons Insurance Group, The Hartford, and Andor Capital Management, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Katharine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Le Moyne College.
