Frederik Jansen

Frederik Jansen has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Frederik is currently the Managing Director at 14Value and also holds a role in Business Development at De Cronos Groep, both starting in 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked at Kyndryl from November 2021 to May 2022 as a Senior Business Development Executive and Sales Coach. Before that, they had a long tenure at IBM starting in 2006, where they held various positions including Senior Business Development Executive, Business Development Executive, and Client Solution Executive. Their earliest recorded role was as a Bid Manager at Siemens from December 2004 to October 2006.

Frederik Jansen completed their Master's degree in Science and Engineering at KU Leuven from 1995 to 2001. In 2016, they pursued further education at London Business School, focusing on Business Industry and Insights. Recently, in 2019, Frederik enrolled at Harvard Business School to enhance their expertise in Business Value Leadership.
