Saskia Kinds

Saskia Kinds has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. In 2016, they founded a company called EMBRACING SERENDIPITY, where they helped organizations grow through serendipitous discoveries. Saskia also worked as a Business Coach and Mentor at OECO Groep and De Cronos Groep, starting in 2019 and 2016 respectively. In these positions, they provided guidance and support to businesses. Saskia has also served as a Business Mentor for Ambits through Oeco Groep since October 2020, and as a Business Coach for CrossCast Talent Pool since March 2020. Saskia has also held advisory and board member roles for organizations such as Apex Careers Belgium, YouConnect, De Pooter Personeelsdiensten, and Partners in Accountancy. In addition, they have been the President of the Board of Directors for RVO-Society since January 2021, and previously served as a Member of the Supervisory Board for RVO-Society from May 2015 to December 2020. Saskia Kinds has extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing strategic guidance to businesses and organizations.

Saskia Kinds has a diverse education history that spans over several years. In 1982 to 1988, they attended Sint Lodewijkscollege Lokeren and obtained a degree in Humaniora with a focus on Wetenschappelijke A (Scientific A). Following this, from 1988 to 1989, they participated in the AFS Exchange program at Susquehannock High School. Their academic journey continued at UMONS, where they pursued a Master's degree in economics from 1990 to 1994, specializing in Sciences économiques et sociales (Economic and Social Sciences). In 2004 to 2005, Saskia attended Vlerick Business School for a Master class in HRM (Human Resource Management). Additionally, in December 2019, they obtained a Practitioner diploma in Executive Coaching from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching, further enriching their professional qualifications.
