Juan Mesa

Juan Mesa possesses extensive experience in the culinary industry, serving as Executive Chef at Crooked Hammock Brewery since December 2020, where responsibilities include supervising a high-volume culinary team and managing food and labor costs. In addition, Juan has held the role of Executive Chef at House of Blues Entertainment since July 2013, overseeing food production and menu development. Previous positions include General Manager at Rodeo Mexican Restaurant, Kitchen Manager at The Cheesecake Factory and Croma Restaurant in Boston, and Executive Chef at Strike Holding Inc and Croma Restaurant. Juan's career in the culinary field began at House of Blues, where responsibilities as Executive Chef spanned nearly a decade. Academic qualifications include studies at Johnson & Wales University and Bunker Hill Community College.
