Eshett Mfonobong has held a variety of roles in the past five years. In 2021, they became the Human Resources Manager for Crop2Cash. From 2019 to 2021, they held roles as Head of Communications and PR, Head of Human Resources, Interns Manager, Training Coordinator, Senior Lead for Community Engagement (Communications and PR), and Lead for Community Engagement (Communications and PR) at Afrimash. In 2018, they were the Lead Communications and Social Media Manager at Afrimash and also held an Internship at HELPMUM NIGERIA. In 2016, they held an Internship at DIVCON ENGINEERING LIMITED.

Eshett Mfonobong has a diverse educational background. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Pure and Applied Mathematics from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan. In 2020, they completed a Beginners course in Data Science and Analytics from Dataleum. Currently, they are enrolled in a Strategic HR Analytics course at Dataleum.
