Thomas M. Belcher

Thomas M. Belcher currently serves as Branch Manager at Crosby Energy Services, a position held since July 2017, and is also involved in maintenance and construction for the Southern Region at R+L Carriers since February 2017. Previously, Thomas was the Regional Manager for the Permian Basin at Crosby Energy Services from February 2014 to August 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, managing budgets, and handling bids for road maintenance. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at JLG Industries from December 2007 to June 2013, focusing on budgets, P&L, and safety for specific machinery. Thomas completed a Certificate of Completion in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology at Texas State Technical College Waco and holds a degree in General Studies from Bolton High School.
