Brian McDonough, CPCU has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brian started their career at Hannaford Bros. Co. in 2010 as a Seafood/Meat Associate. In 2011, they worked as a Sales/Marketing Intern at New England Tech Air. McDonough then joined MEMIC in 2012, where they held various roles including Claims Associate, Underwriting Account Analyst, and Associate Underwriter. Brian worked at MEMIC until 2016. In the same year, they joined Cross Insurance as an Account Executive - Commercial Lines and later became the Vice President of Sales in 2021. McDonough also served as Vice Chair of the Safety Committee at Associated Builders and Contractors of Maine from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they were a Board Member at PROPEL from 2014 to 2020.
