Daniel Conneilly, SPHR, CIR has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Daniel is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Cross Insurance. Prior to that, they worked as a Contingent Recruiter at KPMG US for a brief period. Before that, they worked at Sphere Consulting as a Career Coach and In-Home Care Provider, where they actively engaged in career advising and provided in-home care to their elderly parent.
Daniel also has experience working at Citi as a VP, Operations and Technology Recruiting Manager, where they supervised a team of recruiters and coordinators and supported multiple lines of business. Daniel served as the Managing Partner at SEA Group Executive Search Partners for a year before joining Citi.
Daniel'sextensive work history also includes serving as the VP, Executive Staffing Manager at SunTrust Banks, Inc., where they demonstrated expertise in team management, client relationship building, training and talent development, and project implementation. Prior to that, they owned and served as the President of ProQuest Executive Search Inc for over a decade.
Daniel Conneilly, SPHR, CIR attended Northeastern University from 1983 to 1987, where they studied Finance. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2003, they became an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR). In 2011, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Most recently, in 2014, they completed the Leading at Citi program at Citi.
