Giles Boucher has over 30 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Giles has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Giles began their career as a Multi-Line Claims Adjuster at Commercial Union Insurance Company, where they handled claims in multiple areas and gained experience in investigation and legal strategy. Giles then worked as a Litigation Examiner at Chubb, specializing in commercial and personal lines claims involving coverage analysis, complex litigation, and contractual disputes. Giles then joined Zurich Insurance as an AVP - Claims, where they managed the Auto line of business and assisted with the management of other liability claims. Giles also played a key role in strategic improvement initiatives. Giles later joined Marsh as an SVP - Claims, serving as the Claims team leader for the New England region and the Global Claims Leader for the Real Estate Industry practice. During their time at Marsh, they provided claims management services to clients in a wide range of industries. Following this, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Client Advocate, overseeing account management activities and business development. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Risk Management Practice Leader | Claims & Risk Control Manager at Cross Insurance, where they are responsible for managing and developing the Claims & Risk Control department across multiple offices, as well as client management and business development strategies.

Giles Boucher obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College, which they attended from 1984 to 1988. In 1990, they pursued further education at American International College, where they completed the Senior Claims Law Associates program from 1990 to 1992, specializing in Claims Legal.
