Michelle Mitchell has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Account Executive-Sales at Cross Agency-Portland since March 1997. With a strong foundation in both personal and commercial insurance, Michelle has shifted focus towards insurance solutions for business owners. Prior to joining Cross Agency, Michelle worked in agency management at Insurance Associates from October 1990 to March 1997. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Medical Secretary from Casco Bay College, earned between 1984 and 1986.
