Sarah Randall, WCP, has extensive experience in account management and team leadership within the insurance and commercial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Commercial Lines at Cross Insurance since February 2019, Sarah has previously held numerous roles, including Culture Committee Chair and Assistant Account Manager. Prior experience includes a procurement and logistics management position at Seattle Sports and co-directing a community-building group, Backyard Barter, with over 2000 members. As Research Manager at Siegel & Associates, Sarah led research efforts for candidate identity processes nationwide and supported various recruiting projects. Early career experience as Assistant Manager at Barnes & Noble involved hiring, training, and scheduling in a high-volume retail environment. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology/Africana Studies from Bowdoin College.
