Frederick LaLanne is a seasoned youth pastor currently serving at Cross Church since January 2022. Previously, Frederick held various leadership roles at Kanakuk, including Site Director from May 2019 to April 2022, and Program Director from May 2012 to August 2017, alongside a position as Chapter Director at KLIFE Ministries from August 2017 to April 2022. Frederick gained experience in strength and conditioning as an intern with UCF Athletics Association Inc. in early 2016 and worked as a Program Assistant for Booster Enterprises during the same period. Frederick earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from the University of Central Florida and attended the Kanakuk Institute from 2016 to 2017.
