Noslen Pena

Noslen Pena's work experience begins in 2006 as a Trainee at AIESEC no Brasil, where they worked as a Web Developer and database modeler. From 2007 to 2010, Noslen worked at CRU-MAR C.A. as an Information Technology Department Manager, responsible for software, hardware, and network maintenance and management. Noslen also coached and organized staff schedules to improve team efficiency. During this time, Noslen analyzed inventory data and created reports that helped reduce costs by 20%. From 2010 to 2017, they continued working at CRU-MAR C.A. as a Management Systems Assistant, developing features and reports for administrative systems and providing technical support. In 2017, Noslen became a Freelancer, working as a Web Developer. In 2020, they joined Entertainment Retail Enterprises, LLC as a Software Developer until 2022. Finally, in 2022, they started working as a NetSuite Developer at Cross Company.

Noslen Pena obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Universidad Centro Occidental 'Lisandro Alvarado' from 1998 to 2006.
