Susan Patil

Susan Patil, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Operations at Cross Country Education, a position held since October 2014, where responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies to enhance productivity and monitoring performance metrics for improvement. Previous roles at the same organization encompass Educator Support Manager, Long Term Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Interviewer, where Susan contributed significantly to educator training, recruitment strategies, and management of substitute assignments. Prior to this, Susan taught 5th grade at Pinellas County Schools from August 2009 to June 2014, employing innovative teaching techniques to address diverse student needs, and began a career in education as a Substitute Teacher from August 2006 to June 2009. Susan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida.
