Cynthia Grieco

Cynthia Grieco, CTP has over 20 years of experience in treasury and financial management. Cynthia recently served as the Vice President, Corporate Treasurer at Cross Country Healthcare, where they oversaw all aspects of Treasury, including cash and debt management, forecasting, investment management, and stock plan administration. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Vice President, Treasury Operations, Sr. Director, Assistant Treasurer, and Director of Treasury Operations, where they were responsible for various strategic initiatives including implementing E*TRADE for equity compensation plan administration and closing a $175 million cash flow credit facility. Before joining Cross Country Healthcare, Cynthia worked at JM Family Enterprises as a Senior Treasury Manager, Corporate Cash Manager, and Cash Management Supervisor, where they directed asset-backed securitizations, managed daily liquidity, and oversaw the cash management function. Cynthia holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation and has a strong track record of driving efficient treasury operations, cultivating relationships with financial partners, and implementing cash management strategies to ensure adequate liquidity.

Cynthia Grieco, CTP holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. Cynthia has also obtained certification as a Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals.
