Stuart E. Marcus has a strong background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and benefits management. Stuart E. started their career as an HRIS Analyst at Ryder System, Inc. in 1997, where they were responsible for evaluating, analyzing, designing, and maintaining the company's HR information systems. Stuart E. later moved on to become a Desktop Publisher and a System Analyst, focusing on distance education and Learning Management Systems. Stuart then joined The GEO Group, Inc. in 2005, where they steadily progressed from HR Analyst to HR Manager, and eventually became the Director of HR Systems. In this role, they contributed to the design and development of Strategic Corporate Goals, implemented HRIS initiatives, and generated management reports on a range of HR issues.
