Kent Sparks

Kent Sparks is an experienced leader and consultant with a diverse background in ministry and business. Since August 2007, Kent serves as Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor of Ministries at Cross Timbers Church while concurrently working as a Business Consultant at The Rainmaker Companies since January 2022. Kent also holds a position on the Board of Directors for Responsive Education Solutions and has been a Leadership and Performance Development Coach since 2007. Prior to these roles, Kent owned Sparks Construction, Inc. from 1986 to 2006, specializing in Insurance Restoration. Kent's early career included serving as Associate Pastor at Valley Creek Church from 2000 to 2005. Kent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary.
