Piush Vidyarthi

Piush Vidyarthi is the CEO of CrossBay Medical. Piush has over fifteen years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on international sales and marketing.

Piush started their career at Microsulis Medical Ltd., where they were the European Sales Director. Piush was responsible for launching the company's product into Europe and Africa, conducting market research, and writing and implementing the business plan. Piush also developed the business and marketing strategy for entry into new markets, set up the company's distribution network, and managed legal and financial requirements for distribution partners in different countries.

In July 2006, Piush joined Diamics, Inc. as Vice President of Operations and Business Development. Piush was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, as well as developing new business opportunities. In December 2008, the parent company took over operations and Piush left the company.

In February 2009, Piush became the CEO of CrossBay Medical, a medical device startup that specializes in minimally invasive surgery. Piush has led the company to significant growth, with products being sold in over 30 countries worldwide.

Piush Vidyarthi earned their BSME from UC Santa Barbara. Piush is currently working as a mechanical engineer.
