Erin Maloney has a diverse background in customer success and the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Crossbeam since June 2022, following progressive roles from Ecosystem Success Specialist to Customer Success Specialist. Prior experience includes managing sales and floor operations at The Black Cat and a sales manager position at TalkTales Entertainment LLC. Early career highlights feature serving as a bartender and server at various establishments, along with acting roles at the Next Stage Theatre Company. Erin garnered additional experience as a Boston Area Lead at TEAM Enterprises and as a box office assistant at The Lyric Stage Company of Boston. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Emerson College, Erin blends artistic talent with strong customer service skills.
