Matt Dougherty

Matt Dougherty has had a diverse range of work experiences. Matt began their career as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, where they provided assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. After three years, they transitioned to Delancey Street Partners, an independent investment bank, where they worked as an Analyst, offering strategic advisory, capital raising, and board advice to high-growth companies. In 2018, Matt joined xtraCHEF as the Director of Finance, overseeing the development of a cloud-based platform for the restaurant and food service industry. Currently, Matt is the Finance & Strategy Director at Crossbeam, a collaborative intelligence platform that assists companies in forming valuable partnerships and measuring their impact on business.

Matt Dougherty attended Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance.
