Olivier CUVILLON has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, consistently demonstrating their ability to drive revenue growth and lead successful teams.
Starting in 1997, CUVILLON worked at Lorinfo, where they initially served as a Sales Manager and then advanced to the position of Branch Manager. During their tenure, they achieved impressive sales growth and established the branch as the top computer dealer in the area.
In 2000, CUVILLON joined Com6 as the VP of Sales and Marketing. Olivier played a crucial role in the company's expansion by opening new branches and acquiring another company in Paris. CUVILLON also developed a Content Management System and achieved a significant revenue growth rate of 700% within six years.
CUVILLON then joined Siemens - Division Building Technologies in 2006. As the General Manager/VP Sales, they oversaw a team of 60 and successfully increased profitability by 20% in the first year. Olivier also leveraged synergies between business units and expanded sales by $2M across 12 countries. Later, as the Regional VP Sales, CUVILLON achieved a 16% increase in revenue, leading the best-performing region.
In 2011, CUVILLON became the VP Sales and Marketing at GCA Technology Services, where they led a team of enterprise account managers and achieved an 15% increase in gross profit within eight months. Olivier also developed sales strategies and managed all marketing activities.
Starting in 2012, CUVILLON held senior positions at Sage, including Director, Field Sales, and Senior Director, Field Sales. At Sage, CUVILLON managed sales organizations, coached and enabled various teams, and achieved significant revenue growth in different areas.
From 2016 to 2017, CUVILLON worked as a Consultant at Visibility Software, where they defined sales strategies, recruited key positions, and contributed to a 40% year-over-year growth rate.
In 2017, CUVILLON joined Honeywell Safety & Productivity Solutions as the Director of Software Sales, leading the NA Software team and achieving a 46% year-over-year growth.
From 2019 to 2020, CUVILLON worked at SharpSpring, serving as the Head of Revenue and later as the Head of Sales. During their time at SharpSpring, they successfully grew revenue, increased the close rate, and expanded the number of meaningful demonstrations.
Starting in 2022, CUVILLON joined CrossBorder Solutions as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), responsible for driving revenue growth and leveraging advanced AI tax solutions.
Currently, CUVILLON holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Letterhead, where they continue to lead revenue generation activities.
Olivier Cuvillon pursued their education at Grenoble Ecole de Management, where they obtained a BA in Business Administration from 1991 to 1993. Olivier furthered their studies at the same institution and successfully completed an MBA in Management from 1992 to 1994.
