Marilia Dos Reis Martins is currently an Associate Principal & Co-Lead at Crossboundary, a company that helps organizations work together to solve social and environmental challenges. Prior to this, they were a Director at Lion's Head Global Partners from January 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they were with Simprints as Business Development from August 2016 to December 2016. There they successfully developed a product menu, training manuals, market research reports and welcome packages for new clients; co-designed sales and client development process. From July 2016 to September 2016, Marilia worked in Corporate Social Responsibility at Tata Group. And prior to that, they were a Co-founder at Colibrii from February 2014 to June 2016. Her very first internship was with Governo do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul from June 2013 to December 2013.

Marilia Dos Reis Martins has a Master’s Degree in Masters of Philosophy in Development Studies from University of Cambridge. Marilia also has a Master of Research in Development Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Furthermore, they have a Master’s Degree in Development Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Lastly, they have a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas | UFRGS.
