Aishwarya Chakraborty

Aishwarya Chakraborty has a diverse range of work experience. Aishwarya started their career as a CSA at Amazon in 2017, where they handled customer service via the chat process. In 2020, they worked as a Retail Business Trainee at United Colors of Benetton India, gaining knowledge of the fashion brand, visual merchandising concepts, and retail key performance indicators. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Pinnacle Infotech, where they generated and responded to requests for information and proposals, developed B2B relationships with clients, and performed strategic account-based marketing. In 2021, they joined Infiflex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Sales Associate, where they interacted with IT heads and CXOs regarding G Suite, solved client problems related to G Suite, and built strong client relationships. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Consultant at Crossbow Labs, where they aggressively identify selling opportunities, meets with CISO/CIOs and IT executives, and closes both new and existing accounts.

Aishwarya Chakraborty completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Marketing and Information Systems at Globsyn Business School from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology at Bharati Vidyapeeths College of Engineering for Women in Pune from 2013 to 2017. Aishwarya's higher secondary education was completed at BSF Senior Secondary School in India from 2011 to 2013, where they focused on science. Aishwarya'sprimary education and matriculation were obtained at Pine Mount School in India from 2000 to 2011, where they completed the ICSE curriculum.

In terms of additional certifications, Aishwarya Chakraborty obtained a Google Workspace Credential for "Transform Work" from Google in October 2021. Aishwarya also completed a certification in "Persuading Others" from LinkedIn in June 2021. Furthermore, they completed a Masterclass on "Stakeholder Management in Enterprise Sales" by Priyanka Titkare at Juno School of Business in June 2023.
