Amanda Mak

Amanda Mak serves as Vice President at Crossbow Therapeutics, Inc. since March 2022, and previously held various leadership roles at SystImmune from June 2015 to March 2022, including Senior Director and Director of Antibody Discovery, Protein Engineering, and Process Development. Amanda has extensive experience in process development for bispecific and multispecific antibodies, overseeing activities in purification, formulation, and analytical processes. Previous roles include Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist at Emergent BioSolutions where Amanda led downstream process design and optimization. Additionally, Amanda has a strong background in biochemistry research, including postdoctoral positions at Seattle Genetics and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, contributing to advancements in gene therapy and protein engineering. Amanda holds a PhD and B.S. in Biochemistry from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
