David Haines

David Haines has a diverse work experience, starting as an Analyst at Huron Consulting Group in 2005. David then worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking - Restructuring Group at Imperial Capital from 2007 to 2008. Haines moved on to Gleacher & Company, where they held the position of Vice President in the Investment Banking - Restructuring Group from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they joined Sandler O'Neill as a Director in the Investment Banking - Special Situations Group from 2011 to 2015. Haines then worked at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking as a Director in the Global M&A division from 2015 to 2017. David subsequently became the Chief Financial Officer at Gladieux Energy, a portfolio company of Postlane Partners, from 2018 to 2022. Haines is currently serving as the President and Chief Financial Officer at Crossbridge Energy since 2023.

David Haines holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School, which they obtained between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Finance and Mathematics from Lehigh University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the MITx on edX's Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python and the Chartered Financial Analyst credential from the CFA Institute in 2017 and 2010, respectively.
