Harry Niska

Harry Niska is an experienced legal professional and politician currently serving as a State Representative for the Minnesota House of Representatives since January 2023. As a Partner at CrossCastle PLLC since October 2022 and Co-Founder and Corporate Secretary at Roofle since July 2020, Harry Niska has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Previously, Harry Niska served as General Counsel at Hoffman Weber Construction and worked as an attorney in various capacities, including at Howse & Thompson PA and Ross & Orenstein LLC. A notable judicial experience includes a clerkship for Judge David R. Stras at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. With a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Concordia College, Harry Niska has a solid educational foundation complemented by recognition as a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Super Lawyers in 2017.
