Nick Urban

Nick Urban is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence. As the Cofounder and VP of Technology at Crosschq since May 2022, Nick has been instrumental in developing a data-driven hiring and people analytics platform. Prior to this, Nick served as Cofounder and CTO of TalentWall, where recruitment software was created before its acquisition by Crosschq. Nick's career includes roles as Principal Consultant at Arch Digital, Sr. Consultant at ThoughtWorks, Chief Engineer at Bespoke Post, and Sr. Software Engineer at Deep Web Technologies. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Chicago, a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Western Classics from St. John's College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Philosophy from The Evergreen State College, among other academic pursuits.
