Wes Hickman

Wes Hickman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Wes is currently working as the Director of Business Development at CrossCover Insurance Services since April 2022. Prior to this, Wes worked at BOLD PENGUIN as a Sales Director from May 2021 to April 2022 and as an Account Executive from November 2020 to May 2021. Wes also served as an Account Manager at Lockton Companies from July 2018 to November 2020. Wes gained early experience as an intern at AmWINS Group, where they worked in the Property division from May 2017 to August 2017. Wes also interned at AmRisc, where they focused on National Accounts from April 2015 to August 2016. Wes began their career as a Pro Shop Assistant at Cypress Lakes Golf Club from July 2013 to April 2015.

Wes Hickman obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University, which they attended from 2015 to 2018.
