Mauro Iglesias

Mauro Iglesias has a diverse work experience in various positions across different companies. Mauro began their career as a Representative Customer Service at ACTIVO CONTACT CENTER in January 2016 and worked in this role until August 2017. From June 2017 to September 2018, they were a Team Leader at the same company. Following this, they became an Operations Supervisor for outbound campaigns at ACTIVO CONTACT CENTER from September 2018 to April 2022.

In April 2022, Mauro joined PC ARTS as a Consumer Insights Executive, where they managed a client portfolio and commercialized products from brands such as Microsoft, DELL, AMD, and ESET. Mauro also handled SAP management.

In September 2022, they transitioned to Tacco Calpini as a Project Sales Specialist, responsible for analyzing and identifying opportunities and supporting the pre-sales engineer from project kick-off to implementation.

In April 2022, Mauro became the Director of Sales Development at Academia Mai Pistiner, coordinating the sales area of courses and ensuring customer success. Mauro implemented COPC standardized processes to optimize both commercial and user experience results.

Currently, Mauro works at CrossHero as a Sales Team Lead, leading the sales team and implementing agile methodologies to achieve established objectives.

Mauro Iglesias holds a Tecnicatura degree in Traffic Administration, Customs, and Transportation from the Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Mauro is currently pursuing a Licenciatura degree in Economics at the Universidad Nacional de Lanús, which they are expected to complete from 2019 to 2023.
