Fagan Naghiyev

Fagan Naghiyev is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Member of Senior Management and Head of Emerging Markets at Crossinvest SA since 2024. Previously, Fagan founded Blacktower Street Advisors GmbH in 2023 and held the role of Executive Director at Julius Baer, overseeing Institutional Business for the CIS region from 2015 to 2022. Fagan’s extensive experience in the banking sector includes a tenure as Managing Director and Head of Investment and Private Banking at The International Bank of Azerbaijan-Moscow LLC from 2008 to 2014. Fagan began the banking career at The International Bank of Azerbaijan and has pursued advanced education, completing multiple Global Executive MBA programs from prestigious institutions, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence from Azerbaijan University.
