Thomas Moore

Thomas Moore has extensive experience in technical leadership and customer support within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Technical Lead at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions since December 2001, Thomas also holds the position of Professional Products Group Senior Lead at Petz Enterprises since May 2003, focusing on support for high-volume web and desktop applications. Previously, Thomas worked as Technical Support Manager at Telocity DSL Internet from April 1997 to December 1999, where responsibilities included managing support and customer service teams across nationwide internet services. Thomas completed education at Mission College in Santa Clara from 1979 to 1982.
