Heather Washington

Heather Washington, MD, FAAFP, serves as the Market Physician Manager at Crossover Health, overseeing Amazon's healthcare markets in Phoenix and San Bernardino since February 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of PACE Medical Director at Neighborhood Healthcare from October 2017 to February 2023. Experience includes serving as a Family Physician and Clinical Team Lead at Kaiser Permanente from July 2013 to July 2017, along with a Community Medicine Fellowship. Heather began a medical career as Chief Resident and Family Medicine Resident Physician at Northwestern University, where responsibilities included research in the Aphasia and Neurolinguistics Research Lab.
