Seth Stramonine

Seth Stramonine, A-CSPO, currently serves as the Manager of Product Analysis at Crossover Health since May 2022, following a decade-long tenure at Excellus BCBS where Seth held various managerial roles, including Manager of Team Product Owner & Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Senior Business Analyst. In previous positions, Seth successfully oversaw multiple Agile teams, implemented best practices for project management, and contributed to significant improvements in sprint velocity. Seth is recognized for leading major projects with substantial budgets, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance processes, and administering comprehensive training programs to address departmental gaps. Seth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo, completed in May 2017.
