Vinay Abraham

Vinay Abraham has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Technology Consultant at IBM. In this role, they provided support to clients, handled various tickets, and resolved critical issues within the established service level agreements.

In 2019, Vinay joined Crosspay as a Product Analyst - Trainee. Here, they played an active role in the initial launch phases of a fintech solution that enables cross border payments. Vinay also collaborated with offshore IT and product teams to enhance the product.

Later at Crosspay, Vinay became the AVP - Product Management. In this position, they successfully delivered products from concept to commit and conducted incremental and iterative product development. Vinay specifically ideated and launched a payment solution and marketplace focusing on charities and religious organizations, allowing them to receive digital payments through a dedicated app.

Vinay Abraham completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Vinay then pursued further education, earning an MSc in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2018 and 2019. In the same year, Vinay also participated in the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Throughout their career, Vinay has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Some notable certifications include "Technology for Product Managers" and "Building and Managing Signature Products" from LinkedIn, both obtained in January 2022. Vinay also completed courses such as "Getting Started in Google Analytics" on Coursera and "SQL for Non-Programmers" on LinkedIn, both in January 2022. In 2013, Vinay achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ Reliability Division. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Commercial Banking in India: A Beginner's Module" and "Financial Markets: A Beginner's Module" from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in 2018.
