Paul Dyson

Paul Dyson is an experienced executive in the fields of programme advisory and consultancy, currently serving as CEO at Crossrail International since July 2018. Prior to this role, Paul was a Partner and Practice Lead for Advisory at HKA, where responsibilities included business strategy development and operational oversight across European and global practices. A track record of leadership is evident from previous positions at Hill International, AECOM, where Paul built the Programme Advisory practice, and Turner & Townsend, focusing on infrastructure project management. With extensive experience that spans several decades, Paul has consistently driven growth and operational excellence across major firms in the industry.
