Rhona Guest has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 1988, they worked as a Registered Nurse for NHS Lothian until 2003. Rhona then joined CrossReach in 2003, where they initially worked as a Registered Nurse before progressing to roles such as the Registered Nurse Care Home Manager at Mayburn House and Acting Head of Service for the East of Scotland. In 2013, Rhona briefly worked as a Manager at Four Seasons before becoming a Home Manager at Abercorn Care in 2014.
