Alexey Skalaban

Alexey Skalaban is an experienced expert in the field of information for research and education, currently working at NEICON since July 2015, where involvement includes consulting and supporting organizations with access to scholarly information. Since June 2022, Alexey serves as a Crossref Ambassador in Belarus. Previous roles include Director of the Belarusian National Technical University Library from April 2009 to July 2017 and an E-resources Librarian at the National Library of Belarus from April 2000 to April 2009, focusing on the coordination of electronic resources. Alexey Skalaban holds a degree from the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, earned from 1998 to 2003.
