Anjum Sherasiya

Anjum Sherasiya has extensive experience in veterinary medicine and publishing. Currently serving as Editor-in-Chief for both Veterinary World and the International Journal of One Health, Anjum has been with Veterinary World since January 2008. Anjum also contributes as an Ambassador and member of the Crossref Education Task Force, alongside reviewing for the Public Library of Science (PLOS) since November 2020. Previous roles include private veterinary practice focused on large animals, editorial positions with Science-line Publication, and veterinary officer duties in various government departments, including responsibilities at the Asiatic Lion Gene Pool Breeding Centre. Anjum holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry and a Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
