Anne Marie Fogel

Anne Marie Fogel has extensive experience in healthcare administration and social services, currently serving as Administrator at Crossroads Care Centers since December 2019. Prior positions include Administrator roles at LindenGrove Communities, Villa Healthcare, and VMP Healthcare & Community Living, as well as Executive Director at VMP Senior Care. Anne Marie also has a strong background in social work, having held various roles at St Camillus Home Care and Hospice, St Camillus Assisted Living, Havenwood Nursing and Rehab, and Kilbourn Care Center. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, notable achievements include contributing to the establishment of a Care Management Program that expanded from one to three full-time social workers.
